Ricarda Fahrbach
Ricarda provides legal advice within the areas of IT and IP law, in international arbitration and regarding the drafting of transnational contracts.
She can be characterized by two major passions: Information technology and the legal questions linked to IT and intellectual property rights on the one hand – and international arbitration, an area in which she already during her education gained experience as administrative secretary in an ICC-arbitration, on the other hand.
Already during her studies at the universities of Heidelberg and Uppsala (Sweden), she put a special focus on international private law and international civil procedure. Later on, she deepened her knowledge of international economic law by completing traineeships at international and national active law firms in Mannheim, Frankfurt and Stockholm.
She is member of DMUN e.V. (German Model United Nations association) and within this organization has been active e.g. as chairwoman, secretary general of MUNBW 2011 and with the accreditation of DMUN as non-governmental organization to the ECOSOC of the UN.
Ricarda is also member of DIS40 (Germany’s young arbitrators under 40), DAVIT (working group for IT law of the German lawyers association) and GRUR (German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
She advices in German, English and Swedish language.
