Unless otherwise stated, the lawyers admitted to practice at REEG Rechtsanwälte PmbB in Germany and the professional practice company itself are members of the Karlsruhe Bar Association, Reinhold-Frank-Straße 72, 76133 Karlsruhe (phone: +49 721 25 34 0, fax: +49 721 26 62 7). The Karlsruhe Bar Association is also the competent supervisory body.

For lawyers admitted in Germany, the relevant professional regulations are, in particular, the Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO), the Professional Code of Conduct for Lawyers (BORA), the Lawyers' Remuneration Act (RVG), the Specialist Lawyers' Act and the Professional Code of Conduct for Lawyers in the European Community, the Act on the Activities of European Lawyers (EuRAG). The lawyers working at REEG Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB are covered by professional indemnity insurance (pecuniary loss liability insurance) with Allianz Versicherungs-AG, which fulfils the requirements of Section 51a BRAO in conjunction with Section 8 (4) PartGG. § Section 8 (4) PartGG (professional liability insurance) with Allianz Versicherungs-AG, Königinstraße 28, 80802 Munich. The geographical scope of the insurance cover includes activities in the European Union and the European Economic Area. In addition, insurance cover exists in the amount of the sum insured agreed with Allianz Versicherungs-AG for liability claims arising from activities in connection with consulting and dealing with non-European law, from activities before non-European courts and from claims before non-European courts, if and insofar as the liability claims would also have been justified under German law and before German courts, the judgement of the foreign court was issued in writing and the facts relevant to the decision under German law can be seen from the judgement document itself.

When a client relationship is established, the corresponding contractual documents and, if applicable, further information to be provided upon conclusion of the contract in accordance with Section 2 of the DL-Inf-VO shall be made available. The substantive law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to these agreements. As far as permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be Mannheim.

REEG Rechtsanwälte PmbB will not participate in dispute resolution proceedings at the mediation centre of the legal profession (Section 191f BRAO).

The firm's logo is protected as a European trade mark. The "hurdler" is a stylised sketch created by the late sculptor Pieter Sohl from Heidelberg on the basis of his sculpture of a hurdler, the use of which is licensed by Pieter Sohl.
